The framework offers 7 levels of personal development and self-actualization, where each level explores a paradox which, when integrated become a coaching superpower. Tristan offers a free, private Facebook group for coaches called innerdancecoaching, and offers group programs on cultivating personal power and facilitating transformational client breakthroughs.
